How is traffic measured?
Traffic is measured as the total bytes transferred in both directions between our edge and your origin. Your dashboard shows real-time and historical breakdowns so there are no surprises.
Do I pay for attack traffic?
Never. Any malicious traffic (DDoS floods, bot requests, WAF-filtered payloads) is excluded from your bill entirely. You only pay for clean, legitimate traffic forwarded to your origin.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimums, no contracts, no lock-in. You pay for what you use each month. Cancel or pause anytime from your billing portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as ACH bank transfers for US-based customers. Invoices are generated monthly and available in your billing portal.
Can I use both Network and Web protection?
Absolutely. Many customers protect game servers with Network protection and their web dashboard or API with Web protection. Each is billed independently based on usage, so you only pay for what each service consumes.
